ในระยะเริ่มต้นบริษัทได้เริ่มพัฒนาโครงการที่อยู่อาศัย ที่ประกอบไปด้วยบ้านเดี่ยว และทาวน์เฮ้าส์ที่พักอาศัยจำนวนไม่กี่สิบยูนิตเท่านั้น หลังจากความสำเร็จใน โครงการรัตนากรวิลเลจ 1 และ โครงการหมู่บ้าน ต่อๆมาอีกเป็นจำนวนมาก ทางบริษัทได้เริ่มพัฒนาโครงการอื่นๆที่มีสินค้าที่หลากหลายมาก ขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองกับความต้องการของผู้บริโภค ในปัจจุบันนี้ทางบริษัทได้เข้าไปบริหาร โครงการพัฒนาที่ดิน ทั้งในรูปของ โครงการหมู่บ้านเพื่อที่อยู่อาศัย, โครงการศูนย์การค้าเพื่อพาณิชย์การ และ โครงการคอนโดมิเนียมหรูใจกลางเมือง และติดทะเล สินค้าของบริษัทได้มีการพัฒนารูปแบบไปอย่างมาก เมื่อเทียบกับยุคเริ่มต้น ตราบปัจจุบันนี้บริษัทมีสินค้า ที่หลากหลายมากมายเพื่อประโยชน์ใช้สอยสูงสุด แก่ผู้บริโภคได้แก่ บ้านเดี่ยว บ้านแฝด ทาวน์เฮ้าส์ คลัสเตอร์เฮ้าส์ อพาร์ทเม้นต์ โฮมออฟฟิต อาคารพาณิชย์ ตลาด พลาซ่า ศูนย์การค้า และคอนโดมิเนียม บริษัทเป็นผู้พัฒนาโครงการในเครือมากกว่า 30 โครงการซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยยูนิตมากกว่า 3,500 ยูนิต และบริหารบริษัทอื่นๆในเครืออีกกว่า 20 บริษัท
